Comfortable but not impressed

Hi, I booked this room as the price was reduced, the original price gives you the impression that you saving a lot of money. This is not the case, you only paying for what you getting. In my view this is an unethical business practice. This hotel is no way a 5 Star, it lacks the charm and ambiance of a 5 Star. From the reception area to your room, you’d think you living in a block of Flats. My group booked 2 balcony rooms, this was unavailable on check in. We were ushered to a 2 bedroom suite. It’s modern and comfortable, has the best view from a massive balcony, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Loose shower head and broken decking at the pool area. No after hours house keeping avail. In my rating this is a 3 n a half star Hotel. Would I recommend this hotel to friends and family, No. I was looking for a resort type hotel. This can not compare to Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa. I’d rather continue staying there in the future.

A really nice and comfortable property stone's throw away from Patong Beach
