Outstanding hotel

We were upgraded to a double room suite with a balcony with a out door spa overlooking the ocean .the room was grand and so beautiful we didn't want to leave this room . We were lucky to get the best room in the hotel because they were overbooked. The staff looked after us . Once we checked out we were able to keep our luggage in a locked room with security and were able to use the resort and showers for as long as we wanted We had a late flight that night so the hotel staff were absolutely a pleasure to talk to and made us feel at home. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this resort.

I love the location of the hotel. Walking distance to the beach and to Bangla Rd. Only things were the hallwalls seemed very dimmed and eerie, like a hostipal feel. The shower was also malfunctioned. ... อ่านต่อ

The worse hotel in phuket

Fantastic
The room I had reserved was overbooked. Then i got the largest room in the hotel with a jacuzzi on my balcony. It was fantastic
