rigid - certainly not what you expect from a resort in Thailand

comfortable and very well located but extremely rigid management: no late check-out allowed, no shower facility for guests who would like to stay by the pool after checking out, friends of guests not allowed to cross the gardens to go to the public beach, etc. Disappointing
