Good hostel near the beach but poor staff quality

I choose this hostel because eit was right on the beach with a swimming pool and swimming pool party, it was great party until 9pm "officially" however the staff was not really welcoming or helpful, after paying the room my friend had to go back to phuket without being able to enjoy the night on the island that she has paid because we randomly decided to spend the night there and didn't had enough money for the key deposit that was higher than the price of the room itself even though we asked for only one key they refused and she took the ferry back and then they changed their mind which was too late. I did enjoyed my night eventually. But the bathroom are not so clean, it's a party hostel so people coming in and out the room at all time if the night turning on light... Only positive point is really the location and the ambiance between travelers. No possibility to have refills water for people who want to avoid plastic.

Best location and clean place you can find on beach
