Service,

Actually we booked pool villa and one junior suit .. The hotel service and stuff very helpful really all of them we ask so many thing and we got all what we ask even they bought for us medicine for our baby when we ask them .. The hotel nice .. But clean is really bad house keeping stuff nice but I think they need to train more , what ever they come to clean the room dirty in the end my wife clean it with the baby seater lol.. The pool in Vella green water and when u touch the wall of the pool ur hand and clothes will be grean too .. And if u don't like bugs this not the right hotel for u .. The most hotel have bugs I visit in my life mosquito like hell don't let u go out of the room .. Have some animal something like lizard but it's almost 10 inch with a bad noise live in the roof top of the room and in the night of u go out it will bother u and some time jump too .. The hotel facilities nice stuff nice beach not nice for swimm it had so many rock but they help u with dive shose .. Food really nice some time I am lazy to go to breakfast I call them they bring it for me free to the room .. This hotel perfect just need to clean and kill the bugs .. Centara grand merage in Pattaya have so many tree but really no bugs should bring a good company to kill those bugs coz it's bothering really
