good comfortable room in the backpacker district

If you want a comfortable room and a comfortable bed in the backpacker district for a reasonable price, this is it. I plan to go back. That is really all the hotel has to offer though, so don't expect any other amenities.
One caveat: this road is the main backpacker district of Kanchanaburi and there are several excellent places to get Thai or Western food. The restaurant below the hotel is not one of them! I had an absolutely pitiful western style breakfast on my first day and never gave it another chance.
