Worst Hospitallity Experience in my entire Life
1) It took me 57 minutes to check in and we where the only ones there. When we arrived there was nobody there, I had to call. Finally someone came up, didn't speak english. Not speaking english is ok, after all, we are in Thailand. All good. But now knowing how to say "Hello" or what "check in" means.. They put me in a phone with a guy who did speak english, but when they passed me the phone, the guy said "I'm in a motorbike with student can't talk right now" and hung up. After a while of insistation, I asked them to let us in, and than then they could sort out their system issues..
2) They made us feel very unwelcome. Horrible. Not even answering when coming in and saying "Sawadee Kap"
3) They came in to my room while I was there and took out the remote of the AC because they thought the booking was without AC..
4) Internet doesn't really work...
