simple, but very good.

its a bit far from city center, here i mean lee garden area, 15 minutes walk, but close to central festival, bus stop, and some well known local food.
the staff is very helpful, one can speak quite good english and mandarin, try to help and find out every question i asked. cleanliness is perfect. its one of the cleaniest hotel i stay for similar budget. the only con is perhaps the water pressure, but work fine.

clean, efficient, nice and pleasant hotel
clean, with almost all facilities, fitness room, nice team, the only thins we missed: NO HOOKS in the bathroom
