Great location!

We spent six days at bans first at the hillside deluxe suite was amazing! Awesome views very quiet but some serious hills to get back to the room. For the last six days are friends met us and we were in pool side rooms. Went to check in and the room wasn't cleaned and did not set a great tone it was also up top and for the last few days we wanted to be closer to the main strip so we went down to the front and paid to upgrade it a nice room right by the main road. Ur a few steps away from the fishbowl which was a great hang out for beer pong and music at night. If you are more of a resort goer then a back packer I would highly recommend bans! Minus the issue with the one room the other two were amazing and clean. If you want quiet the upper suites on the hill our awesome if you want more action stay in the lower section!! We have seen some scary places to stay in Thailand and this was deffinetely more like a resort style place then a just a spot to throw ur bags in and sleep.

Nice Location

Decent for the price
