Great location and small room

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean small but ok. Bedlinnens and towels from an other century. The drains from shower clogged every time we had showered so that we had a long time foot cleaning.
Staff was very friendly and nice, but the old lady in breakfast counter did not understand English.
Will we ever stay there again, I sure doubt it.

Good basic accomodation
Quite a nice place which is a long way down the jomtien beach, but is easily and cheaply accessed by the 10 baht local transport. The breakfast is basic , cheap options to eat are nearby

Location
The only great thing is location, walking distance to beach. That's it. Nothing special.
