Dishonest

Everything was ok until check out; we realised on our ferry to phi phi that we'd accidentally forgotten our iPad on the bed, when we arrived in phi phi, I phoned the hotel and explained what had happened and they said they'd keep it for us, we boarded another ferry at 11.30 and travelled back across to ko Lanta, upon arrival at 1pm no one knew why we were there! There ended up being 6 staff talking amongst themselves in Thai and occasionally looking across at us. Two maid arrived, one of which got very defensive, we had not once accused anybody, we simply insisted it had to be somewhere! After arguing with them for 20 mins, and getting taken back to our room, which had new guests in there, we left as we were getting absolutely nowhere. In total we spent 2200 baht on transport, wasted a day and lost our iPad! No apology was offered. We appreciate we made the Mistake of leaving it but to be told they'll keep it then it disappears is just dishonest!

This hotel is okay
It was fine. Internet was slow, our room had no tv, staff didn't speak English very well, rooms are only cleaned every other day. All those things are minor though and the lovely beach made up for ... อ่านต่อ

Great location

The Beach
Our stay here was nice. The rooms are a little shabby but the price is right and the beach is right there. Perfect place for anyone who loves the beach.
