Front desk staff quality not balance

The front desk staff quality not balance, some is good some is worst. My wife ask for shuttle on one day, the staff straight away said under maintenance. The toiletries such as tooth brush, tooth paste not provide. Overall all is ok and fine. Recommend.

Terrible experience, would NOT recommend
