Pool access with young kids was perfect

We've stayed numerous times in Phuket. The Novotel Vintage was perfect for our needs of this holiday. We wanted to relax, swim and spend quality time as a family. The room was comfortable and large enough for a young family with one of our kids still in a cot. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating where possible. Breakfast was good but very hectic with a huge turnover of people at any time from 6.30am onwards. The resort is a short walking distance to all of your shopping/dining needs that Patong offers. Pool maintenance was conducted over two days during our stay but we were notified in advance by a personalised letter and this didn't cause a problem with our stay. If you're looking for a quiet peaceful holiday maybe choose one of the quieter beach areas. I would recommend the Novotel to anyone that is happy with the hustle & bustle of Patong - which suited our family perfectly.
