Great location

The hotel location is good,close to the bar street and juz opposite to the famous chicken rice shop. The room is large and with pool view. Breakfast is ok.
However, we are disappointing about the service. We waited for like 20 mins to check in, and finally i found the reception is free to help but nobody tell us...
They only give us 1 key card for the room, and the staff refused to give us another 1 when we asked for it...
We need to pay for 500baht deposit for every towel we borrow if we want to bring it out of the hotel.
