We were only staying 2 nights for short family visit hot weather mid May time, first night our room was very hot as air conditioning wasn’t good at all WiFi unable to connect old fashioned tv wasn’t pleased with it at all thought I won’t go back there again! But then thanks goodness I reported problems to receptionist and kindly moved us to different room, everything were improved. I changed my mind Soon after and will definitely go back again and do hope they will improve and upgrade tv by then.

Stay away
We arrived and booked in. Service dismal. Door key don't work. Ordered luxury room with king bed. Got two singles. No hot water in room. Broken. Breakfast is in another hotel. Good cold. Go for swim. ... อ่านต่อ

Old, worn out Hotel
Turned up asking for a room and staff wanted to charge double Agoda price. Management didn't know what they were doing. Ended up using Agoda and saving a lot of money.... which come to the next point;... อ่านต่อ

Could have had better accommodation for the same value else where in Buri Ram.
Hotel is getting old and in need of renovation. Swimming pool was being renovated but no mention of this prior to booking. Breakfast was in their partner hotel just a short walk away which had a large... อ่านต่อ

The wifi worked!
Ours was one of the non-renovated rooms, presumably. The shower just poured water out on top of the bathtub faucet, so showering was impossible. The AC didn't work, although it made the right noises -... อ่านต่อ
