Perfect hideaway spot
This was our second hotel we stayed at after Khao Lak. We were greeted by very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was very well presented and clean. The reception, dining area, beach bar and pool are all very close together which gave a nice compact feel to the place. The pool was great to relax in as it has a very shallow area to sit on as well as spa jets in a bench sector. The sun loungers are also extra wide making them very comfortable for lazy afternoon naps. The pool also overlooks the beach so you can listen to the waves as you relax and unwind.
We only had two negatives being the lack of hot water for our showers sometimes and the abundance of cockroaches which come out in the evening on the path back to the rooms as they are attracted to the lights along the path.
The staff go out their way to help you. We were lucky to spend a Saturday night there which is BBQ night. The staff dress up and decorate the resturant. They also put on a dance and fire dancing show themselves. This was really excellent.
We would recommend this to both couples and families with small children.
