Great Location!

The great thing about this hotel is the location, which is nearby to Phrom Phong BTS station. There is also Emporium and Emquatier shopping centre 5min walk down the road, meaning easy to find food (important). A few downsides were the smell when you arrive on the first floor to the lobby as there is a dining place on the same place and no windows (not that I could see) meant that the smell can only circulated within the room, not really pleasant. Same with the normal deluxe room and hall ways, it was really stuffy and felt crostrophobic. So we decided to upgrade our rooms to a larger one which was much better in the end. However for the price we ended up paying, perhaps we could have gone to the Hilton across the road instead but we couldn’t cancel the booking. Overall, I would recommend if you are staying for a business trip, as it is good location but probably not for a short holiday or breaks for the couple. The reception staff was just ok,.... the bellboys were the friendliest.
