It was close to the bus station with plenty of restaurants/street food close by. We were here for 3 nights and thoroughly our enjoyed our stay here. The room was large with lots of counters, closet, etc and very clean. The BR even had a nice counter with the sink. The bed was very comfortable....(the softest we have had in 6 weeks in Thailand). The wifi was good. The A/C worked very well, plenty of hot water for showers. We rented a motor bike right down the road and used it for touring Sukothai.....the ruins were about 20 minutes away. Our host even took us to the bus station on our departure. We would definitely recommend staying here while you are in Sukothai.
