Good budget choice

My room was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. The a/c worked well. It was a little noisy in the courtyard with families coming and going but only during somewhat reasonable hours :). The location is great, in the best part of Chiang Mai in my opinion and not on a main road. Nothing fancy, a few holes in the sheets, but very serviceable. Overall I was quite happy.

Great value, absolutely clean

Noise,noise,noise.
