Great place in the heart of Chiang Mai

We really enjoyed our stay here, just steps away from everything in the center of Chiang Mai. If there is one downside you should note, it's that the front desk staff leaves very early (they were gone at 9:30pm when we came back) and the only person on duty was a security guard who didn't speak more than a few words of English. This made for a good deal of difficulty when we had to communicate an ant infestation in our room.
Once we were able to convey the problem, he was able to promptly locate someone who could help us and they promptly moved us to a new room and promised to call the extermination company the next day. We were pleased with how quickly our issues were addressed, but my one recommendation for the property would be to leave some means of getting in touch with reception (or someone who can help with late night issues).

Good quality at a budget price
