Lovely stay in Chiang Mai old city

Sri Pat was a lovely place to stay. I originally booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8 as I was enjoying Chiang Mai and the accommodation so much. My room was great - plenty of natural light, an enclosed shower which is often not the case in Asia, a fridge and a safe, and most importantly an air conditioner that worked very effectively. The breakfast was just fine but nothing special and it's not included in the price. It's the most expensive accommodation I've had in 8 weeks in Asia but it was definitely of a higher standard than most places, with spacious fully equipped rooms including a desk area, a lovely pool and seating area and very capable staff and tour booking service. The only fault I can mention is that they don't provide bottled water in the room but you can refill your bottle from the water cooler in reception.

Great clean hotel and great staff
Definitely recommend Sri Pat if you're staying in the Old City. There may be cheaper guest houses out there, but with things being so inexpensive in Thailand, I didn't find it necessary to pinch penni... อ่านต่อ
