Nice stay but......

This is a very clean, well located guest house for a reasonable price. I had the standard room, which was nicely furnished and had a very small private balconey outside.
The bed was huge and firm, but it was uncomfortable, felt like the springs were shot, dug into me all night. Also there is construction next door that is quite loud most of the day. It is very quiet after 5pm though. If you have a room on the other side of the hotel ( I was in 307) it might be better.
The staff are super nice, very helpful. And I liked the lobby. Expect to supply yourself with water etc. There is a fridge in the room, but it is empty.

I highly recommend this guest house.
