Great Location

Always easy and comfortable. Only one complaint, since I'm looking for a taxi at the top of the stairs, the street Taxi's look to see if I have bags, to go to airport, for the taxi, a better ride, but no bags, they don't want to take you, so the hotel should say you take the customers who are waiting, if not your don't get the airport customers either, I know the Taxi play happens all over BKK, but hotel has a light sign for Taxi, when needed, so not fair that the taxis can look and decide if they want to pick up....hotel needs to address, or take the sign down, cause it does help to get a taxi, why offer something that you don't get.
