Tricky hotel

Please be careful when you book this hotel for your family. You have to pay additional charge even though your confirmation shows the booking is for 3 people. According to them, their policy is allowing people to stay only for 2 and additional person has to pay USD100 more. They don't care that the booking confirmation shows 3 people and according to them, it was the mistake of Agoda.
Our family stayed Waldorf Astoria the day before they moved to St. Regis at the same price and it was much much nicer choice in therms of quality and service. The room of St. Regis became already very tired and can not compare with their new competitors like Waldorf or Park Hyatt.
Please be careful when you book this hotel. Otherwise, you will be cheated.
