it Was an enjoyable stay

Although my stay was pleasant at the hotel, but the registration procedures at the front desk took long time and i was informed that my room without breakfast, after i show them that I book the room with the breakfast the front desk made make a phone call with the management of the hotel and approved and correct the mistake. Also the room was not ready even though I arrived at 1630 in the afternoon and front desk asked me to wait for ten minutes until they gave me the key. When I entered the room there was another Delay in bringing my bags and I had to wait again. The rooms were not fully ready when I first entered. I was expecting from the hotel a better standard of deal.
