One of the best in Bangkok

I always look forward to my stay at Four Points by Sheraton at Bangkok. Staffs are very helpful.
I particularly remembered this memory of getting back in the hotel in the evening and was planning to take a stroll out to the mall beside the hotel (Terminal 21), however it was raining cats and dogs! I sat down at the lobby wondering if I should get Room Service... but I was soon approached by a counter staff asking if I'd need transport out. After explaining to him that I wanted to make my way to the mall, he said I could take the Hotel's umbrella.
A small note, but truly helpful.
Great location with lots of options all around. If you'd like to explore more while your stay here in Bangkok, the BTS train is just a short 3min walk outside.
Rooms? Large and truly enjoyable.

Lovely hotel great location ...staff needs to gear up

Great hotel in a great location
