Good location, nice contemporary rooms

We stayed here for 3 days, during our first night, the toilet started leaking during the night, but as it was the early hours of the morning, we didn't want to report it. When we reported it in the morning, they were very apologetic, sent someone to fix it, and offered to change rooms for us but as we only had one more night, we didn't want to move, so they waivered our Internet fee. We have since returned and they have upgraded our room to a larger one, and once again have given us free Internet.

The breakfasts here are really good, with a great selection and the quality is good. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool area is quite nice, although it's not great if you have young children who can't swim. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Asok BTS station and a stone throw away from the Terminal 21 shopping mall.

Great stay! Highly recommend

Mark at concierge was nice and so helpful all the time. All thr people there I happen to talk were smiley and friendly. I loved the bath tub in the room because I could open the bathroom wall.
