It was okay

The location is pretty good, takes about 15 mins to walk to Kai Bae beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We found the staff not too helpful and friendly, mostly they just sat on their phones in reception. When we asked for them to clean our room they responded with "we should have left our key with them" well maybe if the receptionist told us this on check in it would have been helpful, because how were we supposed to know? Sink leaked so let off a foul smell. Its not the worst hotel at all its just not great either, was okay for us as we are two backpackers but if I was coming to Koh Chang for a holiday I would not stay here.

nice hotel in good location
