Great service

My first time at a sports resort. The staff was very friendly. I prefferred the a la carte menu over the buffet. I loved his every dish is broken down into calories, fats, proteins and carbs. Trainer Stefan is awesome in his guidance as he scaffolds your growth better and takes the time to get to know you and the reasons for your goal settings. Resort staff is very helpful and cheerful. Manager Jay went out of his way to arrange a special snorkeling true for me. Salsa made sure we got "rides". I sometimes wished they'd have room service so that I could enjoy the garden room more. Garden rooms are better and more quiet than pool rooms.

Staff need to be trained in customer service
