No Service!

We stayed two Nights and booked both separately with Agoda. First was to be paid there. The second was billed by Agoda (what we didn't realize at the time). The gentleman at the place does not speak a word English and has no clue what's going on. We paid both nights cash.. got no receipt and realized later that we paid one night twice. I contacted Agoda. They weren't 'able' to help. I contacted the owner of the place myself via email. No reaction. Can't reach anyone at the phone number. ...Judge yourself what kind of service this is.

The housing is dated. We liked the sea view. The beach is away from the crowds and only reachable by the longtail boat which is quite expensive. Wouldn't stay there again. I'd rather go to Koh Lanta which is less touristic in the south with pretty beaches.

Do not book room in this "hotel" !!!

Uncomfortable, cold, and dissapointing

Great ocean view but poorly maintained
