Rustic but charming

There are no services or amenities from this hotel in fact this bay has 3 small resorts which means there are 2 restaurants and a mini mart. It is exceptionally quiet and relaxing. It is nothing like the pier area of Phi Phi. That being said we loved it here. Rantee view was charming but don't expect to be pampered. The ocean front rooms are a steal at the price but they require some suspension of western luxury because they are what they claim which is a 2 star rating. The bath room is partially open air so you will have leaves in the shower and some insects. We thought that a shower under the stars was romantic. You will have to walk through water to get to your room during high tide. The bed was a bit lumpy. We would go back in a heartbeat. The island is beautiful. The waters are gorgeous and filled with colorful fish, you can rent a mask and snorkel. All i n all a lovely experience and worth every penny.

lovely location with forever smillling locals
Very friendly owner. Call him when you arrive at the pier (or in advance) so he can send a boat over to pick you up or else you'll have to hire a taxi boat for 700bath (which costs way too much). Boat... อ่านต่อ

friendly and good location
the owner is friendly and when u arrive at the pier call him because he will pick u up for bath otherwise u will pay bath, the room is ok, in the evening u r stuck on that private village no boat brin... อ่านต่อ

Rantee View is in dire need of a makeover.
