Mandarava review

Nice hotel but not sure if it's five star. They have three nice pools but water was not clean. One of the staff knocked on my door at five am and entered the room while I was sleeping scared the cramp out of me. He said it was wrong room. This should never happen. Talk to management and said they were picking up guest to hotel and got wrong room. Ok but why they come in to my room? Stayed here four nights. Hotel is very far from beach about 30min walking. They spartantly offer shuttle survce but pick up time is sketchy. I would ask for poolside room with view.
