Rooms were kept beautifully clean and the staff were always helpful and courteous
BE AWARE that this resort is on the side of a large hill though and is a 10-15 min walk to the beach
Being our first trip to Thailand we stayed 12 nights and whilst the room we had was good and well kept, in hindsight I wish we had tried a few other places and will do so when we return
The most annoying thing about this resort, aside from the hillclimb, was that service vehicles are intermittently buzzing around the resort all night long and when they hit the large steel drains you hear the “clang” and that woke us a few times
If I were to return here I would specify a room with a better view and closer to the main pool away from the main service roads perhaps
Great place to stay though, multi national customers there whilst we were there
