Beautiful room but customers service was insatisfactory. Getting to and from town was not easy

This resort was very nice but getting to and from is not easy with luggage. They met us with a boat at the pier upon arrival but only have boats a few times a day so plan accordingly. There is a trail you can walk to town in about 25 mins but with luggage would not be easy. Upon checkout we had our bags to go for an island tour. Went to the lobby and asked for a boat but they would not get us a boat just said we missed it. They did keep our luggage at the front desk for the day but we had to pay for a boat to go pick up afterwards then again back to town. We (a group of 4) got to the restaurant 20 mins before it closed as well as another couple were not served. We had to walk to another resort to get something to eat. Due to this if your planning on completely staying at this resort I feel this info is extremely important. The secluded beach was very nice as well.

Exotic location...but a hike to get to room

If you want seclusion, this is the place
