Considering Akara Hotel was officially opened (April 2018) two months before our stay, the entire place looks very new and nice. Its morning breakfast buffet has a good range of cuisine, from western to japanese to chinese and local thai.
Room-wise, the only grouse have I is... the toilet which is located right at the entrance-way is NOT equipped with a wash basin. So, to wash our hands after having a go at the toilet, we need to walk over to the other end of the room (past the bed) to the bathroom.
