Hotel is average for all if the hype

The hotel had us waiting for an hour in arrival to get our room ready. They were not prompt to check us out though I told them I was late to the airport. The hallways had a smell. There is so much traffic around the hotel that getting there and leaving to the airport was not convenient. The room was small, the toilet and the sink were in completely separate areas, so to wash our hands was inconvenient. We stayed at hotels along the water that were much more pleasant, the front staff was also friendlier. This is a case of the cover appearing better than the actual book. I would look around for another option unless you prefer the location for the shopping. Breakfast was good.

Luxury stay at an affordable price
Akara had all the perks of a luxe hotel without breaking the bank. The staff were wonderful, always nice and attentive (even when we asked for a taxi at 2 am!). I would definitely stay here again as ... อ่านต่อ
