Dirty and need major renovation ASAP

I booked 3 rooms for my family. We had to carry our own luggages because the hotel had no available staff. One of our rooms could not be opened. We walked down to the front 3 times to get new keys but the keys would not work. So, get a new room instead. Two of our rooms have problem with clogged toilets, and beds are very dirty.

Old, ghost like hotel

Old hotel
