Not the greatest. Did not get what was advertised.

I booked 4 double rooms. I will be sending a formal complaint about the rooms offered. The Internet site (Agoda) stated double beds. The hotel told us that the entire hotel is twin. Other than that: noise from the restaurant across the road, traffic noise (rooms were nearest to the road), carpets sticky, had to ask for 2nd towel for all rooms, had to ask for pillow cases for all rooms, all linen ancient, free safety box offered but about the size of a wallet and at reception, internet signal only in the lobby and poor speeds, hot water took over 5 minutes to arrive and a trickle when it did, breakfast very poor, no interest in individual travellers...entirely focused on mass bus tours. Not a place I will stay at again. No idea why they are rated 3 star,should be more like 1 1/2. This is a 500 THB hotel at best.
