Avoid!!! Rude money grabbers!

Rude, vile, money grabbing frauds. Room Doors don't lock properly. I was a returning customer and they tried to over charge me to stay a second night rather than accommodate me. Bad attitudes and they just laugh at you with their poor English. Quick to take your money but not help or listen. They woke me up by banging on my door at 10.30am - this is not acceptable! I was a paying customer and they just wanted to get the next lot of people in rather than make me happy. Extremely poor customer service, and previous reviews state rooms being broken into whilst customers in bed at night. Do not trust this place! Plenty of other lovely and friendly places to stay that are cheaper!

Very nice bungalow but not on the beach
The facility itself is nice. The bungalows are big, modern, clean, and very nice. The pool is clean and enjoyable. You are not on the beach, and the walk to the beach is either through a strange aband... อ่านต่อ

Good overall but know what you're getting
