Disappointing

Over Priced, Terrible Service, reception never open, nobody around for assistance, Breakfast Not served! Never again
The day after I checked in was a public holiday (Eid) muslim holy day the reception informed me as i checked in and this would mean breakfast would be very late after 10am.... not the best start.
I went to the room rested after a long travel, and tried the jacuzzi however the tap was.incorrectly positioned and only some of the water went in the bath while.the rest went on the floor. I was taking too long to fill and i also noticed there was no hot water. I had a cold shower and passed by reception around 5pm to inform them of the problem. No one was.in reception so i went out to eat and look around. Upon my return at 9.30pm i again went to reception to tell them about the hot water and jacuzzi bath problem but again they were not there.
Next morning i tried reception again but it was closed. I waited around for breakfast but no body showed up by 10.15am so went out to eat elsewhere. Upon returning i was caught in a rain storm and soaked through. Reception was open upon my return and i explained the problem they said it was a holiday and no body working so maybe late afternoon someone would look at the hot water problem and the maids.would be cleaning late evening, change towels etc.
I had another cold shower and went out when the rain had stopped. Aound 2pm I got back to the room and the hot water had been fixed / switched on. I ran the bath for a jacuzzi which took 1 hour and then the jacuzzi would not operate. I called the ladies working outside and they began knocking the bath here and there as if there was a bad wiring connection causing the fault. It was discovered 10 mins later that it was simply off at fuse box. They then let the water out of the jacuzzi cleaned the bath as it had not been cleaned upon my arrival and spiders and debris was lodged in the jets as if the jets had not been working in some time.
