Not the best... we ended up switching hotels.

So the room was *relatively* clean, and the balcony has a great view, but the place definitely has some weird things about it that made us switch to another hotel eventually. For one, the blanket they had on our bed was not a normal blanket, but rather a throw blanket of the kind that is never washed and was pancaked between 2 flat white sheets. Obviously when you sleep the blanket doesn't stay within the confines of the 2 sheets (I'm talking sheets with no zippers or buttons or any insert of any kind, literally 2 flat sheets) and so you sleep basically with the dirty blanket. The balcony is definitely dirty and in need of sweeping. The bathroom has a giant window looking into the bedroom, so if you are doing a #2 basically the whole room can watch you. The hallways of the place are barren and dirty, feels like your staying in a half-built place. By western standards the place definitely reflects the price you pay, but in Thailand you can find something better for the price.
