Great hotel in a somewhat boring neighbourhood

We stayed in the basic bungalow room, which was a little small, but had a large bathroom, a wardrobe, large fridge and a desk. Ours was located right at the front opposite the reception which was a bit of a shame as having the curtains open meant everyone passing could easily look inside- We were really happy with the staff and the cleanliness with the room which was impeccable. The pool was also lovely and had surrounding sunloungers and tables where we could eat breakfast. Free coffee and hot chocolate is also available next to the pool throughout the day. The only downfall of the hotel was its location. Although it is lovely that is was very quiet and green, we felt that it was quite far from areas with restaurants and shopping. If you rent a bike you are about 30-40 mins from the west side of the island where there is more nightlife and about 20 mins from Phuket town. However when it is raining it was rather difficult to find something nearby.

Would have been ok if I had transport and the pool

A good hotel, with a not so central location
