Room was booked with sea view. Was not given as what i booked.
I had booked a room with sea view. When i was given a room, it did not come with a sea viee. When i approached the front desk, i was told to walk to the balcony to look out for the sea view. This was not what was shown in the picture that i saw while booking in agoda. The picture showed the rooms from where i could see the sea clearly and that was what i wanted instead room given was facing buildings. I was also rudely told off to book a hotel in front of the beach if i really wanted a room with sea view and the front office manager also shared that all the rooms with sea view are full and this is what is available. He even raised his voice at me. I was really upset and angry. I took down his name and hanged up. Ten minutes later, another staff called to say that i could view another room to see if i want to change. The latter room had sea view and i took it. Though, eventually i got what i booked, the entire process took my mind for a toss and spoilt my first day. Staffs arent polite
