Stylish hotel with great service

The hotel is very nice… grand lobby, spacious and modern. The staffs are extremely helpful and handled the problems very well. I actually complaint about the noise from the construction site nearby, I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but still they offered me a room upgrade which made me happy. The location is superb for shopping, beach and nightlife. It was also relaxing to sit by the pool in the evening. If I get a chance to go to Phuket again, this hotel is definiately a must.

Very frustrated stay

Overall a budget hotel with dirty rooms to non-changing of dirty glasses
