Great location and service

This is my third time staying in W Bangkok. As usual, i enjoy the service and atmosphere. However, this time I feel the house-keeping was not as well as expected. One or two times when I got back to my room, I still found some contact lenses on the floor. With that being said, I still had a great time and will definitely consider staying in W in my next trip.
