Friendly and convenient, with a few rough edges

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, with the strange exception of the girls at reception. I don't know what they're meant to do, but we were generally treated as an annoying distraction. The room was nice and big, but the high beds coupled with the hard floor led to a couple of mishaps with Mr 2yo. There were quirks, but these were remedied when reported. Self locking bathroom door that could only be opened with a key from reception - after Miss Tidy closed the door from the outside for the 3rd time they replaced the faulty lock. Someone needs to go through the bathroom and change the washers, unblock the shower drain. A pushy tour driver seems to have a residency out at the tables out the front. Not quite as bad as a tuk-tuk driver from Patpong Rd, but management should get rid of her or tell her to pull her head in. Reception and bathroom both need attention, so they get a "C", otherwise a solid "A"

Good location
