Good floor staff

Staff at breakfast in the restaurant were fantastic really helpful and always a smile, reception staff could learn a thing or two from them, they just stand there talking amount themselves and you nearly have to shout at them to get them to notice you, this was the case every time I went to the reception, found it easier to ask the porters at the end of the desk because they were very attentive to the guests needs so well done to the porters and the breakfast staff, also house keeping were fantastic as well, nothing was to much trouble, more training on reception staff is a must as these are the front liners of the hotel the first impression is so important in the hotel industry, I'm in it 20 years!

Loved the Hotel

AVIS is NOT THERE
