Great staff, good room despite location

We moved from the other hotel to Lanna for only one night given its close distance to the airport (only around 10 min drive). The staff are very welcoming with detailed introduction to the room and facilities. We had some condition to our air condition that day and called the reception. The hotel helped us change to the other room for sleep only (I.e. We don't need to move our stuff) in a timely manner. Great service. Wish we could have stayed longer here.

Beautiful, tranquil and classy
