accommodation and dirty

our stay was dismal and very disappointing. the hotel is 20years backwards, no one speaks english; the staff are are extremely rude to customers; not accommodating in any way at all;just want your $$$ and that's about it. the food was hideous, cold, did not get what er ordered, and room service did not even give you plates, serviettes, knives & forks, pepper & salt etc., etc., when they brought it to your room, but charged you very exorbitant prices - we had to eat with our hands sheets were grey and dirty; towels had holes & pulls in them; no complimentary conditioner with the shampoo and their staff would help themselves to our mini bar and pretend that we used it when we did not - we had no come back as they had our credit card details and just charged us for these items do- we will never go to koh samui again in our lifetime - an absolute rip-off!
