So bad quality for high price, incredible

3 hours negotiating ti obtain another ‘bed’ in family room, was booked for king size bed plus single bed, people there say doesn’texist, have to call 3 times owner and have finally a simple mattress on the floor. No one honic isolation. Everything broken, old and dirty. People for service look at you as you are martians. For a very low price could be so so, but difference with the proce asked is impossible. If you want this price, owner, upgrade seriously all the service not to have your customers so insatisfied.
